We in MiBiCube have been involved in Building Data Reporting Solutions for years. We have been involved in Financial, Recruitment, Quality, HR, Payroll, Laboratory, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Reporting Solutions. We have seen a wide range of products from the very expensive to the relatively cheap solution.
Many Software Companies will sell data analytics solutions that connect directly to the source application database. However this has become very problematic, resulting in performance degradation problems for the user, and issues with joining up the data from multiple environments.
We believe that the ultimate solution lies with taking data from source and joining it up into a central location. The data should be mapped and merged together as part of this process, and so the end user can view all of this data in the one platform at the same time, without complex coding or manual mapping. Essentially we believe in the Data Mart & Data Warehouse solution.

Over the years we have developed or helped develop lots of these data warehouses. They all took a lot of time, and were incredibly expensive to deliver, through data consultancy as well as software and Infrastructure. When we look back at all of these solutions though, we recognise that while the sources and the Organisations were fundamentally different, the end solution was always the same. It got us thinking. What if we could Automate all of this Modelling and Development!

So we did!
