OUR PROJECT APPROACH
INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
We start our engagement with you with a free consultation to review your Business pain points, What systems you have available, what existing Business Intelligence platforms you are using and ultimately what your desired goal will be
DATA INVESTIGATION
Once we have signed Non Disclosure Agreements etc, we obtain access to your systems and data to figure out analytics solutions. We interview key stakeholders to find all of the relevant data in the organisation. Quite often this may sit outside the key Business systems in a non structured format. We then provide a scope of work and agree what order you want this work delivered.
PROJECT INITIATION
Once signed off we begin by setting you up with your own Reporting database in Azure or in Amazon Web Services. We will help build this and set it up for you if you require, or simply take the environment you yourself provide. Next we start the extraction process. This will often involve complex extraction queries to manage the potential load on the source system during peak times. We take out the data and using the MiBiCube tool, build up a data mart in your own private schema. MiBiCube Never stores your data. It is always in your control. We test the extract and Transformation routines and ready them for the next phase.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE LAYER
Next we start work on the Visualisation layer. If you do not have a BI tool, we can provide advice on this to match your budget and your chosen deployment method. We can also advise on deployment starting with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which can be expanded on demand later on. We agree on some key reports that we build for you, and you can use these to validate the data. These reports are often templates that you can use to develop your own Analytics later on.
DEPLOYMENT
The final Phase is to Schedule your data extracts (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly). The scheduled is run from behind your own firewall, calling the MiBiCube secure API, Extracting the data and loading and transforming it into the reportable format in your cloud space. We never store your data!
