Our client asked us to review their systems and provide a Reporting solution that would easily generate management accounts and insights into their Law firm.
MiBiCube built a solution that worked with the Clients own Reporting products, but was able to show Time worked by case, Partner, Solicitor etc. We were able to show insights into WIP and unbilled revenue, and also what was being written off on an annual basis.
Reporting of Management accounts was drastically reduced. The Client is now able to generate their own reports and insights and deliver these through their office suite of applications
